What is your standard shipping time?

Once we receive your order it will take us 2-5 business days to package up your socks and send them out. Please allow 5-10 business days for personalized orders.

How should I take care of my socks?

In order to make your pilates socks last as long as possible we recommend washing on the delicate cycle, inside out, in cold water and hang to dry. We strongly urge you to turn your socks inside out and wash them in a delicates bag if you have one available, do NOT place them in the dryer. 

What is your return/refund policy?

We have a no-return and no-refund policy, so we do not process returns or refunds.

Due to the nature of our products, all products offered through our website are non-refundable under any circumstances. All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made. If you wish to read more head to the very bottom of our web page and click on "refund policy".

What sizes do your socks fit?

Our socks fit women's US sizes 6-10
